What we don\u2019t see is what wavelengths are actually at work in harmony, which is what creates the white spectrum we are all used to seeing when we enter our grow rooms each day.<\/p>\n

Below is a breakdown of the different spectrums and the nanometres of wavelength they represent<\/p>\n

  • Ultraviolet light (UV):<\/strong> 200\u2013400 nm<\/li>\n
  • Blue light:<\/strong> 400\u2013500 nm (important for leaf and root growth)<\/li>\n
  • Green light:<\/strong> 500\u2013600 nm<\/li>\n
  • Red light:<\/strong> 600\u2013700 nm (crucial for photosynthesis and flowering)<\/li>\n
